Everlasting Life Ministries (E.L.M.) was founded by Rev. Gus AI-Khal in 1982 with a vision for reaching the hurt and abandoned in the inner cities of the Lehigh Valley.

Gus was born in Syria where he participated in the planting of churches and other Christian works. E.L.M. supports this ongoing work in the Middle East.

At present, Gus is the president of E.L.M., as well as the Senior Pastor and Founder of an Arabic Living Evangelical Church in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and also the Pastor of New Bethany Evangelical Congregational Church in Allentown, Pa. His wife Michele, and their three sons Adam, his wife Ellie, Jonathan, and Michael live in Allentown and are very active in these ministries.
