SPECIAL FOOD DISTRIBUTION
On Tuesday June 6, ELM & Feed the Children are distributing free food & personal care supplies to 800 families. This event is co-sponsored by Price Rite food store on south 4th St. in Allentown. We need help to identify 800 needy families who can benefit from this free food distribution. Agencies and churches in Allentown can simply request a number of vouchers, based on the needy families they serve, and will receive vouchers to give away. The vouchers can be redeemed ONLY on
June 6, 2017, at Price Rite, at the appointed time. The event will be set up in the parking lot, not inside the store.
Each family or person with a voucher will receive:

One 25-pound box of canned and packaged food from Feed The Children

One box of bath and shower products
-
One box of Avon cosmetic and beauty products
-
One bag of food from Price Rite, and
-
One 12-pack of water from Price Rite.
This is a lot of food and products, weighing about 70 pounds, and valued at about $100. People receiving food will need to come in a car, or have a big cart to carry it all. Two tractor trailer loads of food and product will be given away, valued at $75,000 or more.
Distribution is one day only, June 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. only, rain or shine at 1720 S. 4th St., Allentown, at the Price Rite food store in the parking lot (not inside the store). People should come at the time indicated on their voucher.

June 2, between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm.
