As the oldest standing tradition of the ministry and its most familiar, the Everlasting Life Ministries holiday dinner has been taking place for over 40 years.  Serving 1200 meals in a day, the meals take place 1 week before each major holiday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and in two settings 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Seeing the increased rates of depression and suicide around the holiday and the need for family and faith, Rev. Al-Khal decided he would begin serving the community with holiday meals in 1982.  Every years since, Everlasting Life Ministries has become a home to the underserved and forgotten of society and are given a fresh, hot holiday meal and the Word of God.
